Where Is That Good News?

The "not a civil war" in Iraq continued to be in its "last throes" today. Is the good news that only 69 deaths were reported? Or, is the good news that only 30 of them were by decapitation? When is the AP going to get the "good news only" memo?

"Dick.....what is the Judy chick up to? Let's send her back to Iraq with that Howard Kaloogian guy. We need to get the good news out."
