Is This The Bottom?

When the Minot (ND) Daily News questions how Office of the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives refers to convicted felon, Randy "Duke" Cunningham, you know that Duke's elevator has reached the bottom.
The official House Web site notes a vacancy in the position of representative from the 50th Congressional District of California by noting that it had been held by "the Honorable Randy "Duke" Cunningham ..."

Cunningham isn't in Congress anymore because he is serving a prison term after being caught abusing the public trust by taking bribes from defense contractors.

"Honorable?"

Cunningham's former constituents - and those serving in the military - may have another opinion concerning how he should be described.

The only media source that hasn't weighed in on Cunningham appears to be TV Guide.
