I'm Confused
General J.C. Christian asks at tough question of Republicans. Why is it acceptable to wave a flag associated with slavery and oppression, but unacceptable to wave the flag of a country that is close ally and major trading partner with the United States?

Flag of rebellion and insurrection = GOOD, flag of friend = BAD.
Flag of culture that wanted to destroy America = GOOD. Flag of people who want to be like America = BAD.
Flag of people willing to die to destroy American = GOOD. Flag of people wanting to be part of America = BAD.
Flag that has become a symbol of oppression and worse = GOOD. Flag that is a symbol of ethnic pride = BAD.
Go figure.
