Do Nothing Doc Hastings

Washington state congressman, Doc Hastings (WA-4), gets a profile in the Seattle Times. It's not a very flattering portrait. According to the Times, Hastings was the ideal choice to keep the Republican congress of corruption on track.
Since 2005, newspaper editorials have denounced Hastings & Co. for "nap time" on the "do-nothing" "feckless" and "inert" ethics committee, accusing it of "flatlining" and "ossifying."
Apparently, Doc believes the first admonition of his position, harm no Republican.
