CA-50 Critical for Democrats and Democracy

The San Diego Union Tribune summarizes the importance of Tuesday's special election in the 5oth Congressional District. For Democrats and democracy it is a major election. If Francine Busby can win outright (50% + 1) the message to the Republican Party will be very clear.
The strength of Busby's finish will be telling, pundits and politicians believe. The election could signal whether Republicans are in trouble because of Cunningham's spectacular moral collapse, the conviction of Republican lobbyist Jack Abramoff, and the resignation of former House Majority Leader Tom Delay in the wake of his former deputy chief of staff's guilty plea to corruption charges.
Help Francine Busby send America's message to the Republican party of corruption.
