Cunningham in Court Right Now
Randy "Duke" Cunningham arrives at federal court in San Diego for sentencing. No, Duke did not attack the downed photographer. He is already trying to dodge a ten year sentence and doesn't need an assault charge, although in congress he frequently offered to throw down with anyone who disagreed with him or even questioned him.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
4th Amendment on that piece of paper once known as the Constitution.
