The UAE is not only the center of financial dealings in the Persian Gulf, it is switching central for dope and arms dealing.

This haven for drug smuggling and arms dealing is run by the same royal family whose picnic with Osama bin Laden in 1999 shielded bin Laden from a U.S. missile attack.
