Is Barbara Bush really this stupid and, let's face it, could anyone be this big a bitch? Apparently, the answers are yes and yes.

Former first lady Barbara Bush gave relief money to the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund on the condition that it be spent to buy educational software from her son Neil's company.

I gave tens of thousands of dollars to charity last year. I earmarked the funds to pay for food for my family, gas for our cars and of course college tuition. I'm sure the IRS will allow me to write off the cost of my home, which I used to shelter several people who would otherwise have been homeless.

Barbara Bush may be the most disgusting person on the face of the earth.
