In the last few weeks I have been involved on the periphery of San Diego Congressman Randy Cunningham's emerging scandal. I have had the good fortune to discover information that was useful to both the old line San Diego Union Tribune and to the wave of the future, Talking Points Memo.

Several months ago, after spending a long time writing opinion and commentary in local papers, I decided to take a break. I kept my eye on the "internets" and after the recent events involving Representative Cunningham, I have taken the leap. A small leap, but one I hope to enjoy. I will try to create a place where visitors can be enlightened or enraged, but hopefully never bored.
